In an effort to most effectively utilize your God-given time, talents, and treasures, we offer several approaches to employment at Central. Click the links on the right for available positions.
Fully paid staff – Paid positions at a salary range commensurate with the responsibilities.
Partially paid staff – Employee sets desired compensation rate at a level below the salary range, as a way of channeling God’s gifts and resources back to his church.
Full-time Volunteer – Another way to channel God’s gifts and resources back to his church is to serve as a volunteer in a role typically fulfilled by a paid staff member.
If you would like to discuss other creative ways to use your time, talents, and treasure, please contact us. We require that all staff are baptized believers in Jesus Christ, and are Central Members or are willing to take the steps to become a Member.
