Most Christians have been taught how to handle 10% of their money –the tithe– but that is generally where the teaching ends. The Stewardship Ministry at Central Christian Church exists to teach God’s financial principles and to equip people to become better stewards of His resources and manage their finances in a God-honoring way. We teach stewardship from the inside out, transforming the person with Scriptural truths. Many people make the mistake of assuming stewardship only relates to giving, but it’s actually the careful and responsible management of all that God has entrusted to us.

One of the greatest measures of our spiritual maturity is how we handle the resources that God has put into our hands. On this page, you’ll find a number of tools and resources we’ve developed at Central to help you in the wise use of money.

Ministry Areas:
Education - Education is the foundation of the Stewardship Ministry. There are many educational opportunities available to the members and attendees of the church, including Small Group studies, financial and budgeting seminars, various financial workshops, and articles in the CB Weekly newsletter. The Small Group studies and budgeting workshops are offered multiple times each year, at all of our campuses. Check out the upcoming class on Biblical Financial Principles

Counseling - We have a group of trained volunteer financial and budget counselors who are available to assist you with any questions you have in your personal finances. There are no fees for their services.

Planned Giving - The Stewardship Ministry is committed to providing gift planning options as you consider making a contribution to support the church while meeting your family's financial needs.

Outreach - We want to be a light in the community and help connect the unconnected to Christ through our educational and counseling programs.
