Jud Wilhite, Senior Pastor

Jud serves as Senior Pastor of Central Christian Church. Growing up in Texas, Jud never dreamed he’d one day be leading a church. In those days he played in rock bands and lived for the moment. But God had other plans.

After becoming a Christian, Jud went on to graduate from Dallas Christian College and Lincoln Christian Seminary. He is a frequent conference speaker and the author of several books including Stripped: Uncensored Grace on the Streets of Vegas and Deadly Viper Character Assassins.

Jud’s role as Senior Pastor is to be the spiritual leader of the Central family, the primary Bible teacher, and the communicator of Central’s mission, vision, and values. Under Jud’s leadership, Central thrives as a church dedicated to helping people find their way to God. He and his wife, Lori, have two children.

Mike Bodine, Senior Leader

Mike serves as Central’s Senior Leader. He is humbled to serve God in “Grace City.” During more than twenty years of full-time ministry, Mike served churches in Illinois, Missouri, and New Mexico before joining the Central team.

As Senior Leader, Mike’s primary role is to take Central’s mission, vision, and values and provide the necessary leadership to the staff, ministries, and operations of the church to make them a reality. Mike is also a frequent consultant to churches and ministries across the country.

Mike’s passion is to see people grow to reach their full potential in becoming the person God created them to be. His vision is to see God do something huge in the Las Vegas Valley—something so big that only God can get the credit. He and his wife Lisa have been married more than twenty-five years and have four children and two daughter-in-laws, with their first grandchild due in October.
